Police in Arua district are holding a 13-year-old girl for allegedly defiling a 4-year-old boy on Thursday.
According to reports from the police, the 4-year-old boy’s father went to work as a security guard at night on Thursday and left him with his mother, who also decided to leave him with a neighbour as she went for overnight prayers.
Collins Asea, police spokesperson for West Nile, confirmed the incident and said the 13-year-old girl from the neighbour’s home forced him into sex. He adds that when the parents returned, the boy narrated what the girl did.
