Ugandans from all walks of life seemed to converge on Mbarara city as the old, young, working-class and ‘campusers’ were given a memorable experience of music and fun at Nkore Place in Mbarara.
The event started by 3pm but students only started trickling in at around 6pm, probably after the day’s lectures. It hosted students from Mbarara University of Science and Technology (MUST), MUBS Mbarara and Bishop Stuart University, among others. There was free face painting and photography to all students that attended.

The event was anchored by Ugandan artistes including Omega 256, Truth JR, Viper Koko, Ray G, Pia Pounds, Zex Bilangilangi and Vinka, among others. It also hosted DJs Mac, Bank, Nati J, Lito and Kash Pro.
South African music producer and songwriter DJ Musa Keys, real name Tsonga Micheal Jackson, was the guest act and he entertained revellers with amazing music mixes that included the popular Amapiano genre, before performing some of his songs including the one that people know, Musa, which concluded the night. The event ended at exactly 2 am.
