Runner, which you should not confuse with Gal Gadot’s The Runner, is an action comedy about a delivery man (Alan Ritchson) tasked with protecting a sick girl’s new liver from ruthless mercenaries.
Early reviews have been surprisingly strong thus far (70 per cent critic rating). Critics agree that Runner does not bring anything new to the table.
However, they have commended Ritchson and Owen Wilson’s charming performances. You can watch Runner in cinemas today.
