The third edition of the Smirnoff Fiesta proved to be more than just a party.

It was a celebration of creativity, culture, and community. The event reinforced Smirnoff’s place in Uganda’s entertainment landscape, offering an energetic platform for rising DJs and artists to connect with party lovers and cultural trendsetters.

Kicking off the festivities from as early as 2:00 pm, a fresh wave of DJ talent including DJ Ames, City Girl, Ri Deejay, and Jarla Vibes set the mood with electric sets that kept the crowd dancing from the get-go.

This year’s edition unfolded under the brand’s new “We Do We” campaign, embracing a bold fusion of music and visual art. Guests immersed themselves in an eclectic art zone that featured eye-catching physical installations, interactive illusion photo booths, real-time graffiti showcases, and AR-powered games perfect for those Insta-worthy moments.

As the day faded into night, DJs Em That Guy and Saint Trevor turned up the tempo with an epic Amapiano takeover, warming up the crowd for genre specialists Vanss, Lil Stunner, and Etania, who took the dancefloor into overdrive.

The night concluded with a nostalgic twist as DJ Alza hit the decks, transporting revelers down memory lane with classic dancehall bangers paying tribute to legends like Mavado, Konshens, and others.

Speaking at the event, Judie Nandekya, Smirnoff brand manager at Uganda Breweries, emphasized the brand’s vision: “Smirnoff is all about reshaping how people interact with the brand not just through music, but now also with immersive art. At the core of our experience is community, and we’ve tapped into that spirit by collaborating with diverse creatives to deliver something for everyone.”

Held in the lush gardens of the Sheraton Kampala Hotel, the experience was rounded off with vibrant cocktail bars and food stalls, ensuring guests enjoyed a full sensory experience from start to finish. From beats to brushstrokes, the Smirnoff Fiesta continues to raise the bar and this third edition was no exception.
