When Rapp (Dylan O’Brien) loses his girlfriend to a terrorist attack at a beach, broken up and tormented, he enlists into the CIA where he is tasked with hunting down criminals.
When a mysterious figure Ghost (Taylor Kitsch) turns up and is behind a string of attacks on civilians and military installations, it’s up to Mitch Rapp to stop him before he causes more harm.
Rapp discovers secrets on his CIA trainer Stan Hurley (Micheal Keaton) who had also mentored Ghost. Agent Rapp has to use the skills learnt from his training to thwart Ghost’s plans.
