But check in after 6pm and you will hardly find anything. It is the rarest of places one would think of to find a quick meal, but you will, trust me especially from midmorning into the afternoons.

Ranging from rolex, katogo, to chicken, hot dogs to pasta, sweet potatoes, pumpkin etc you will find it all but at a very good cost. There is no defined price as food is priced according to weight, but a simple meal will cost you in excess of Shs 10,000 – not much for the kind of clientele that throngs the place.

The chicken pasta is one of the most sought after, but almost like the rest of the foods, it is cooked with a lot of curry that can stain fingernails for hours and clothes forever.

Even the lips will have to be thoroughly cleaned if you don’t want to draw curious looks. Maybe that’s what the diners like about it. Even the grilled meats, especially goat and chicken will leave your mouth feeling like a mini curry pit.

The worst of it all is that it leaves an awkward aftertaste but otherwise, the food is actually nice. It is always ready and warming it takes only three minutes.

The chicken nuggets blend in well with the pasta, giving a comforting and complete taste. It is one of those meals that can do if one is struggling with an appetite.
