Daredevil: Born Again kickstarted the latest installment in the franchise with a two-episode premiere on March 4.
Expect nine episodes in total to be released gradually over the coming weeks. Initially, Disney had planned a lighter, more episodic 18-episode reboot, but the studio went back to the drawing board and decided to continue the story viewers initially watched in the first three Netflix seasons of Daredevil.
Early reviews (for the first two episodes) have praised the show’s depth and brutality. Disney is so confident about Born Again that they have already greenlit a second season set to premiere next year.
