The new Colour Heor Store in Arua

Plascon Uganda has extended its business footprint in the West Nile region by opening up a new Colour Hero Store in Arua city.

The grand opening coincided with the Arua Plascon Painters Forum that brought together over 100 dignitaries, business leaders, and members of the local community. Among the key guests were Arua city mayor Sam Wadri Nyakua, resident city commissioner (RCC) Salim Komakech, and Pretesh Kotesha, head of the Indian community in Arua.

The new Colour Hero Store, housed at Precious Impex, promises to offer a holistic customer experience, providing a one-stop solution for customers seeking product availability, colour consultancy, product specifications, literature, and the full Plascon range products all under one roof.

“This Colour Hero Store is more than just a business, it is a vote of confidence in Arua’s potential,” said Nyakua. “We welcome Plascon’s investment and celebrate this partnership that promises to empower our painters, serve our residents, and boost the economic vibrancy of the West Nile region.”

According to Plascon, Arua was identified as a strategic location due to its role as a major commercial hub for West Nile, serving a wide catchment area that includes the districts of Adjumani, Moyo, Terego, Madi-Okollo, Yumbe, Nebbi, Obongi, Maracha, Zombo, and Pakwach.

“At Plascon, we believe colour has the power to transform not just walls, but lives. This new Colour Hero Store in Arua brings our full expertise to the region, offering quality products, trusted advice, and a commitment to our customers and professional painters alike,” said Santosh Gumte, managing director of Plascon Uganda.
