Uganda’s leading paint manufacturer, Kansai Plascon, celebrated its top distributors, partners, and industry stakeholders during its annual Partners’ Gala held at the Kampala Serena Hotel helipad.

Themed “Celebrating Loyalty, Building Sustainability,” the 2025 gala highlighted Plascon’s continued market dominance and commitment to sustainable business practices. Santosh Gumte, Plascon Uganda managing director, thanked partners for their steadfast support and contribution to the company’s growth.

“Tonight is a testament to the power of partnership,” Gumte said. “Each one of you has played a crucial role in making Plascon the most trusted paint brand in Uganda. As we look ahead, we remain committed to innovation, expanding our product range, and deepening our collaboration.”

Plascon brand manager Daniel Adrian Kayongo echoed the appreciation, saying the company’s achievements are rooted in trust and mutual commitment.

National sales manager Moses Kato emphasized Plascon’s broader contribution to national development.

“Beyond paint, we are building dreams and supporting communities,” Kato said.

“From sponsoring sports to empowering local talent, our impact goes beyond the commercial.”

The event also offered guests a chance to network, enjoy a special dinner, and be entertained. Ugandan music star Vinka of Swangz Avenue closed the night with a captivating performance featuring her popular hits “Believe,” “God Ye Buddy,” “Love Panic,” “Overdose,” and “All Over You.”
