Jane Frances

Jane Frances has been officially nominated to contest for the Oyam District Woman member of parliament seat on the National Resistance Movement (NRM) ticket in the upcoming elections.

The NRM hopes to reclaim the seat from the Uganda People’s Congress (UPC), which has held it for the past 15 years. Moments after her nomination, Frances expressed gratitude to her supporters and reaffirmed her commitment to servant leadership.

“This nomination isn’t just about me; it’s about Oyam’s future,” she said. “I’m here to give a voice to the people, to build on our district’s potential, and to provide leadership that genuinely listens, serves, and takes action.”

Frances pledged to prioritise key issues affecting Oyam residents, including education, youth empowerment, infrastructure development, and access to quality healthcare.

Community leaders welcomed her nomination, describing it as “timely” and “inspiring,” citing her active involvement in local development initiatives and her hands-on approach to community service.

  1. Going for next useless fake elections means Ugandans cannot live without Rwandese Museveni, reason they don’t have a Common/National leader to call for an end to the inhuman tribalistic system & UNITE but just want the be his slaves officially, legally constitutionally!

No normal people in today world go for fake elections to ensure 45 years of a dictator, especially a migrant who tribaly divided them to ensure they are powerless!

Why will Ugandans go for next fake elections to ensure Rwandese Museveni’s ownership of their land, tax money, control of every institution for life & WHAT when he dies of old age finally?

Have MPs assured constituencies are developed; good roads, housing with power/running water, good schools…, reason Ugandans are happy to go for next fake elections to protect & ensure Museveni’s 45 years, thus live the wonderful, rich, life he gave them?
