In the sequel to Wicked 2024, Glinda is living a lie as the good witch of Oz, spreading the Wizard’s falsehoods and convincing the masses that life as they know it will continue to thrive as long as Oz rules.
However, she is also haunted by her separation from Elphaba, the so-called Wicked Witch of the West. Glinda wants to broker a peace between Elphaba and Oz. But she will fail, and the consequences will reverberate throughout the land.
Audiences (96%) are loving Wicked: For Good far more than critics (76%). Critics have praised the cast for their masterful performances.
However, some of them thought the studio was wrong to split this story into two parts because it killed the pacing.
You can watch Wicked: For Good in cinemas. Jujutsu Kaisen: Execution is also available in cinemas, but it primarily retells the events of the ‘Shibuya Arc’ from season 2. Keep that in mind.
