Well, some of us have been saying Uganda roads are death-traps. What is the much ado about the so-called infrastructure development we have been lectured by the corrupt regime?

The roads are too narrow, while the costs of constructions have always been inflated. Not to mention that most of those drivers sometimes drive under intoxication.Meanwhile, the traffic policemen are easily bribed.
