Besigye, Mukaaku protest case adjourned to Sept 2

Buganda Road grade one magistrate Asuman Muhumuza has postponed to September 2 the hearing of the case in which Dr Kizza Besigye and Samuel Lubega Mukaaku are accused of inciting violence.
Besigye the leader of the 'Red Card Front' and Mukaaku, a former presidential aspirant were in June arrested by police while addressing people in downtown Kampala at Shauriyako over the increasing prices of commodities in the country and charged with inciting violence and unlawful assembly.
State attorney Ivan Kyazze told court that he needs time to disclose his evidence to the accused so that they can also prepare their defense.
Court has also issued criminal summons to Mukaaku for not appearing in court today. This is the first time Mukaaku is missing court.
On July 1, the two were given a cash bail of Shs 2.5 million and their sureties bonded for Shs 500,000 each. The accused were ordered not to make any public comments about the case until the hearing is complete.

It's Ugandans ensuring their land belongs to Museveni through;
- the tribalistic system of rule,
- fake elections.
Why are Ugandans ensuring they are slaves of migrant Museveni by treating Dr Kizza Besigye, Samuel Lubega Mukaaku...as criminals because they oppose & want a Uganda without Museveni?
