RIP: Ssentongo Nakasirye

RIP: Ssentongo Nakasirye

Kyotera District Woman MP Robina Ssentongo Nakasirye, 51, is dead. Nakasirye breathed her last at the Aga Khan hospital in Kenya’s capital, Nairobi this morning.

The speaker of parliament, Rebecca Alitwala Kadaga announced the death of the legislator during plenary, saying she had succumbed to COVID-19.

The speaker, who led legislators to hold a moment of silence for their colleague said she would defer the norm of holding a special session for the deceased up to a time when the situation allows.

The deceased’s political assistant, Tom Darlington Balojja, says her boss was evacuated from her constituency about a week ago with some health complications.

According to Balojja, the MP was first admitted at International Hospital Kampala (IHK) before she was transferred to Nairobi for further management. Ssentongo has been a member of the Democratic Party and was seeking re-election.

She has been sitting on the parliamentary committee on Aids and board of Uganda Network of Aids Services Organisations.

Her demise comes two days after the demise of the former Masaka District Woman MP, Felda Nanziri Kasse Mubanda who also succumbed to Covid-19. Last month, Kamuli Municipality MP, Hajat Rehema Watongola also died of suspected coronavirus disease at Mulago National Referral hospital. Earlier in September, Pallisa Woman MP Faith Alupo also passed on after suspected COVID-19 infection.

ooh Lakwena , if you have to , bribe God so you may live long enough to see Uganda`s obituary after Papa Doc is no longer with us.

The damage is incredible . Its gonna take us another 35 years to repair what has been damaged.
As we speak , Uganda is the only country in the whole damn world where all doors are wide open for any kind of adveturers.

Do you know that a land plot in Kololo costs more than a push villa in Newyork ?
Guess who buy these places - Kenya , Sounth Africa Banks , Dubai Shiekhs using our sc "tycoons "

What about large chunks of land in Acholi ?
What you are made to see is an Amina who is there mbu to grow sugar canes.

What you don`t notice that actually Amina is a decoy for a hidden group of scavengers.

Even the OIL has already been sold off. The ones in Bunyoro will get their share years to come , in terms of enviromental destruction of ecosytems , habitat destruction and pollution.

Wooden, what kind of bribery to God would that be? Meanwhile I am thinking about.

Talk about all sorts of adventurers, but I think they are are all sorts of blood-cuddling desert and polar vultures.

And I get you loud and clear Wooden. E.g., the 21-year slow motion war in Acholiland was by design, in order to depopulate, de-educate/dehumanize stupefy and impoverish two generations (illiteracy), into landlessness and a permanent state of unemployment.

In other words, as you mentioned hereabove about Amina and her sugarcane decoy investment; the scheme is to get slave labor worth slave wage.

Yet in that region twice a year, for themselves the people can grow and harvest in abundance Upland-Super rice and export to S. Sudan and DR Congo.

Our biggest problem are the people Jesus condemn, it would have been better if they were not born.

These are politicians like: Prof. Ogenga Latigo, Gen Otema Awany and his young brother Richard Todwong (twol dwong [too many snakes]), Yakobo Oulanya Lanywen (UPC confusing agent), Beatrice Anywar, Okello Oryem, Hilary Onek, etc. These lot sold their mothers, people, birthrights and soul for a bowl of soup.

In other words, while e.g. FDC Hon Gilbert Olanya and Akol were fighting for e.g. over the Apaa land saga, others (the above) were looking the other way or escorting the land-grabbers.

Lakwena , I like your thinking on this one.
You have named names of your Juda Iscariots.

They are here in Kampala and not give a rats damn what is going on upthere.

Sugarcane growing ... where has it any community develop ? Busoga which has been in this business for ages and ages has one of the poorest citizens in Uganda.

Kibimba people were fairly getting by producting other food and other commidies untill someone took sugarcane poision there.

The invasion of cheap labouers from Kongo , Rwanda and Burundi has now displaced the indigenous people .

The sugarcane adventurers and theit decoys are up to somethin no good .

Lakwena , your people are being subjected to Stockholm Syndrome mentality . They don`t see that there is even a more sinister plan besides talking land from them

Long ago , no Acholi , Langi or Westnile girl or woman could openly practice prostitution. Even divorse in your culture was abominable.

Today , the "invaders " have arrived and changed everything. They come to work in sugarcane crap , and with them they bring other vices. 60 of teenage girls in the north never see P7. Preditors hunt them down like it was a freaking feeding frenzy

Papa Doc is wickedly smart . He now uses your own kind to destroy your pride.

Gone are the days when the saying that northerners are honest and upright people used to carry waight.

Today , you only need to read Lakwena`s short list of the Judas Iscariots and wonder.

It is like when some animals in The Farm peeped through the window and could not the difference between pigs and humans.
