"Another one bites the dust"; who are REALLY the owners of these "death traps", name and shame them now; where were they bought, who maintains them, who MOTs them for MDCs (mechanical condition defects)?

Last year if I remember there was a fanfare of a French Company - Surveyance Internationalle- are they not responsible for checking these vehicles? Our life is cheaper than a loaf of bread; they put a lot of effort in caring for rhinos and zils for for us!
