Lucas film explores the origins of Han Solo

Solo – A Star Wars Story pays homage to the legendary outlaw of the Star Wars franchise Han Solo, first played by Harrison Ford.

Solo explores the beginnings of his early career and how he came to join in the fight against the Galactic Empire.

His association with the rebel alliance helps him grow through ranks to become a respected inter-galactic fugitive fighting for the rights of the oppressed.

First introduced in 1977 with Star Wars: A New Hope, your knowledge of the eight star wars films will provide an advantage as you watch Solo: A Star Wars Story.

Directed by Ron Howard, the film stars Alden Ehrenreich (Beautiful Creatures, Hail, Caesar), Donald Glover (Magic Mike XXL, Atlanta), Emilia Clarke (Me Before You, Game of Thrones), Woody Harrelson (War of the Planet of the Apes, Now You See Me), Thandie Newton (Westworld, 2012), Paul Bettany (Priest), Jon Favreau (Ironman 3, Spider-Man: Homecoming). The movie opens this Friday at Century Cinemax and Cinema Magic.
