The 4th edition of the Consumer Choice Awards will be held at Kampala Sheraton hotel on August 19, 2022.
The awards aim at recognizing business excellence by conducting statistically a comprehensive and objective, accurate, independent market research survey, to determine brand reputation, customer satisfaction, and business excellence for the quality of their service, value, professionalism, and integrity.
“The Consumer Awards are aimed at promoting businesses that exemplify excellent customer care service, integrity, and professionalism,” said Bari Salim the publisher/editor-in-chief of
the Consumer Guide Magazine during the press launch at Golf Course hotel.
According to Salim, they are planning to work with the ministry of Trade to see that they start to award small scale businesses. The voting process is now online via their social media platforms.
