Soldiers arrested over theft of water tanks at State Lodge

Two soldiers deployed to guard Morulinga State Lodge in Napak district are in trouble for alleged theft of two water tanks valued at Shs 2 million.

The officers; Lance corporal Lason Mugume and Private Rogers Agaba are said to have stolen the water tanks over the weekend and sold them to Dirisa Ndyanayo alias Obama, a prominent businessman in Moroto town.

Captain Abert Arinaitwe, the 3rd Division army spokesman, says they are holding the soldiers and the businessman for theft of the water tanks that were in the compound of the state lodge.

"They picked them and sold them in town…These are people who have been there guarding that place so maybe in their wisdom they thought that these things are no longer required. They decided to get quick money and for us we don’t condone indiscipline. Taking something that is not yours or you’re supposed to secure is a case", said Arinaitwe.

According to Arinaitwe, the soldiers will face the army Court Martial while the businessman will appear in a civilian court. The army has already recovered the water tanks.

When soldiers start stealing mere water tanks, know that there is famine in the kingdom!

Those are the boots on the ground. Are they theirs or ours (whoever we are)?

That distinction is the only remaining issue in the on-going saga.

Phalanch, agreed!

It took Zimbabwe freedom fighters who scared off their people 30 years to realise it's them to lock down the dictator & force him to stand down!

Will Ugandans who joined museveni & looked up to him to linberate them do the same & give Ugandans courage to come out to bolster them as it was in Zimbabwe?

I like this because there is no sense in continuity of museveni as no one wants him any more!

If the boots are ours, then why are we allowing the demon to starve us when all we have to do is UNITE & take back our country?

Did museveni come with these water tanks valued at Shs 2 million?

All museveni came with was money looted from banks! Now he is on the point of owning our country, yet we just comment-watch-let him buy us off/use us against one another, while nrm mps have made sure parliament is now the main arm to hand over the country to museveni!

Why is the tribalistic system that keeps the demon in power still standing?

Let's go back to Zaitun!

[Zaitun
IMF, World Bank and their associate Museveni & Co, and name them all, have ruined a once progressing country and that is a secret to no one.

A man who ran away from hunger and was sleeping with cattle and goats has today become a billionaire in dollars thanks to theft, banditry, oppression, association with devils, plunder... some thing Ugandans had never experienced. Not even colonialists behaved the way these bands of thieves are doing!]

It time soldiers who believed in museveni wake up to see they too, are like ordinary Ugandans who are not included in the demon's plans for the Uganda he is creating.

As there is no opposition now & Ugandans are afraid of army/police, these MUST now start working with the people of Uganda & stop being personal dogs used yet live in poverty, without housing nor education for their children!

I will go back to what Lakwena said a while ago when I said:

- Ugandans MUST really wake up!

- Acholi MUST now bring an end to this nonsense & protect their tribal land by keeping museveni out of it,
if this means Kony coming back on Acholi land & occupy it instead of keeping foreign land safe from museveni, then be it!

[Lakwena
Akot, my biggest concern is: Rwot Acana must come clean. Either he is M7's servant or he serves the people of Acholi.

He and others should not forget that it is not M7 paying the Shs.5 million a month for their upkeep.

It is Ugandans taxpayers who are footing their bills, which make them continue to breath in and out.

Otherwise they would be paupers in their so call chiefdom. Acana should tell M7 in uncertain term to back off giving Acholi land to any investor.]

Soldiers Must put museveni under lockdown & force him out!

Gwok answered Mr X already & I hope Ugandans still remember:

Quoting Mr X:
Museveni does NOTHING with good intention!

Why is he interested in specific areas like in Buganda, Amuru and Dokolo but not in some piece of land in Ankole, for example?]

So, after 32 years & nothing done for Ugandans except humiliation-oppression-being divided tribally, how do our peoploe expect the demon to respect them as legitimate owners of Uganda?

And what will museveni do to Ugandans: rich, tribal leaders, the millions of poor, when he finaly owns the country?

It's time Ugandans look up to one another & join hands!

[samex
Oooh ugandans the time is now, let us join every effort to sort this problem, there is nothing new museveni can offer now that he has not done: 30 more years? There shouldnt be more time for him.

Ugandans wakeup, lets fore front this, the ball is in our hand, this is our country, we are losing it...
For God and my country.]

Time for ALL to join hands: without opposition leadership as it is, the army can lockdown museveni as long as it takes knowing the enemy of EVERY Ugandan is museveni & no other!
