A government minister has dismissed as “a sham” the ruling NRM countrywide primary elections for flag bearers which flopped for a second time at the weekend.

Aruu County MP, Samuel Odonga Otto has said Olara Otunnu and Norbert Mao’s decision to keep their parties, UPC and DP respectively, out of the opposition alliance, IPC, is not only betrayal of the Acholi people but will precipitate a fallout between the Acholi and the two opposition parties.
